Though not technically a commentary, Mal Couch’s A Bible Handbook to the Acts of the Apostles is a helpful volume if you are going to study and teach the book of Acts.
As well, the very brief commentary by Walter Dennett (Amazon link here) is helpful–well outlined and too the point in its comments.
