Though it may not be a major work on Exodus, Bernard Ramm’s His Way Out (Amazon link) is quite helpful in seeing the big picture and flow of thought in the book of Exodus. It is surprisingly insightful at times. It is a quick read that is worth a few dollars for a used copy.
